More about loading dock signs
Signs you'll find here
These are the signs most often installed in loading docks:
- Loading zone and no parking in loading dock signs
- Forklifts operating and pedestrians keep out signs
- Height clearance and reversing vehicles signs
- Speed limit and one-way signs
- Deliveries this way and dock number signs
- Hi-vis must be worn signs
Separate people from vehicles
Docks are where people and trucks meet. Mark pedestrian routes clearly, put forklift warnings at every door into the dock, and use reflective signs where trucks arrive at night.
Materials and finishing
Every sign is made to order in Penrith NSW and matt-laminated for glare-free reading. Choose the material to suit where it's going:
- Vinyl sticker for smooth indoor surfaces such as doors, glass, walls and equipment.
- Corflute for lightweight outdoor signs on fencing, hoarding and short to medium-term projects.
- Aluminium composite panel (ACP) for a rigid, flat, premium finish on walls, gates and posts.
- Aluminium for the toughest outdoor locations and long service life.
Each material is available reflective or non-reflective, with finishing options such as eyelets, double-sided tape, pre-drilled holes or post-mount holes on most signs.
