Manufacturer-Direct — Full Quality Control End to End
SignShine isn't a reseller. We're the manufacturer. Every sign you order is made by us, in Australia, which means we control quality from raw material to the moment your order ships — with no middleman in between.
Made to order, in Australia
All our signs, including fully custom work, are made to order at our Sydney facility with a manufacturing time of 2–3 business days. Because we make everything ourselves, nothing sits in a warehouse losing quality, and every order is produced fresh to your specification.
Four quality materials
You choose from four materials, each suited to different jobs: Aluminium metal for durable, long-life signage; ACP (Aluminium Composite Panel) for a premium rigid finish; Vinyl Sticker for smooth flat surfaces; and Corflute for lightweight, cost-effective temporary signage. Many signs are also available in Reflective Class 1, which works best on light backgrounds.
In-house design team
Custom signs are handled by our own in-house design team. Once you place a custom order, they create and finalise the artwork and get your approval before anything is manufactured — so you see exactly what you're getting. Manufacturing then follows the same 2–3 business day timeframe.
Built to recognised standards
Our signs are made to the relevant Australian Standards where one applies — for example AS 1319 for safety signs, AS 1742 for road and traffic signs, and the relevant standards for fire and hazchem signage. Controlling our own manufacturing is how we keep that consistent across every run.
Choosing the correct sign, size, material and placement for your site — and meeting NCC, WHS or state requirements — remains your responsibility as the buyer, and not every size or material combination is intended for a specific compliance requirement. Where a standard applies, compliant options are available. This is general information, not legal advice.
