More about statutory signs +
What are statutory signs?
Statutory signs are the signs a building needs because of building, fire safety or electrical rules rather than general safety, such as fire safety door notices, fire stair and level identification, main switchboard and fire indicator panel signs. They're commonly listed on certification checklists and checked during annual fire safety inspections. Read what statutory signs are and why they're required.
Five colourways
Match the building's fit-out with red and white, silver and black, gold and black, black and white or white and black.

Materials and finishing
Every sign is made to order in Penrith NSW and matt-laminated for glare-free reading. Choose the material to suit where it's going:
- Vinyl sticker for smooth indoor surfaces such as doors, glass, walls and equipment.
- Corflute for lightweight outdoor signs on fencing, hoarding and short to medium-term projects.
- Aluminium composite panel (ACP) for a rigid, flat, premium finish on walls, gates and posts.
- Aluminium for the toughest outdoor locations and long service life.
Each material is available reflective or non-reflective, with finishing options such as eyelets, double-sided tape, pre-drilled holes or post-mount holes on most signs.

Compliance note
Requirements vary by state, building class and site. Your certifier, fire safety engineer, WHS regulator or local authority has the final say on which signs you need and where they go.
